WHAT IS BVLOS?

Beyond Visual Line Of Sight allows the drone pilot to operate without having visual line of sight to the drone. This allows for more advanced career paths in the industry.

  • Theory – 3 Days
  • Course completion – 1-2 Weeks (Estimated)

5 Hours (Estimated)

ABOUT BVLOS COURSE

ProWings training is approved to provide Multi-Rotor and Fixed wing Beyond visual line of sight ratings for unmanned aircrafts.

The Bvlos course at ProWings takes approximately one week to complete full time. During the week a student will complete 3 days of Bvlos theory and 2 days of Bvlos practical training.

This training is completed in-person by an approved ProWings training instructor and supplementary material on our online E-Learning Course. Once a student has completed the Bvlos course the student needs to complete 20 Hours of practical Bvlos Hours on the applicable aircraft category (Multi-Rotor/Fixed wing).
